Direct Gateway is a feature that allows you to collect and handle payment details directly through your hosted payment pages. Direct Gateway is designed with 2 options as the following:

2. Host Session which simply PCI for applicable merchant category.

Note: If you are configured for other payment services or digital wallets they will display as a payment option alongside the card options. Should the customer choose one of these options they will be directed to the service provider’s website to complete the transaction.
If you are configured for 3-D secure service the payer will be prompted to authenticate before completing the payment. You can choose to bypass this authentication.
3. If the payment is successful a success message is shown and the customer can collect the receipt from one of 3 sources.
If the payment is unsuccessful the customer will be shown the result with the option to retry the transaction or try with different payment details.

You can accept payments through a number of different local and international payment channels including most domestic and international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).

Funds will be automatically processed and transferred to your bank account within 24 to 72 hours.
Customers can directly enquire with you about your refund policy. A merchant dashboard is available to manage the process and any refunds or partial refunds required.
In the case of a chargeback the bank will contact you through your merchant dashboard. You will be able to manage the process by either accepting or disputing the chargeback and supplying supporting evidence as required.
